Set specific time limits for your social media usage and resist the urge to mindlessly scroll through feeds for hours on end. Additionally, consider curating your social media feeds by following accounts that inspire, educate, and promote mental health advocacy. Surrounding yourself with positive, informative content can contribute to a healthier online experience.
